Terms and Conditions of Service

All rooms are of 3 to 6 beds maximum, divided between male or female. Booking for single or double rooms depends on the availability as per adjourned list on the website.

Kitchen facilities available 24/7.

Cleaning of common parts (recreational areas and gardens, TV room, bathrooms, showers and toilets) is guaranteed by our staff.

A Wi-fi internet connection available (unlimited download) in the building.

Snacks and coffee distribution machine are at disposal or the resident at entrance hallway.

A 24 hours reception and security service is assured in the premises.

No rent deposit will be demanded for staying of less than 7 nights. Although a credit card guarantee may be asked on occasion, especially in particularly busy periods of the year.

Our offer is based on an “all inclusive” service where no other fee or commission will be requested apart from the nightly rate as stated on our website at the moment of your booking.

On checking in in you will be supplied with a set of bed linen which you have to return clean and in good state on checking out.

All check outs must be done by 11am.

A 24 hours reception and security service is assured in the premises.

All resident are kindly requested, as a due form of respect to fellow roommates, to keep the room clean, their belongings in a tidy manner, to make their bed before leaving. Remember that you will live in communal residences in which individual responsibility is crucial to ensure a positive social enviorment.

Everyone who does not respect this basic rule or is generally showing an anti social behaviour towards other residents, roommates or hostel staff will be asked to leave on spot. Londoners reserves also the right to ask for the intervention of police authorities if needed.

LEGAL

In using this website, you accept our terms and your responsibilities agreeing to abide by the terms unequivocally. The acceptance of the terms printed herein make up the whole agreement between Londoners (WEB ADDRESS) and you as client.

Once made, you cannot amend or cancel your booking.  The rent or deposit you are paying in advance is not refundable.

You hereby confirm and undertake to Londoners that you are by law free to travel to the United Kingdom and that your travel documents are in order and have been checked by National Authorities prior to your entrance into UK (Custom/Police/Home office Officials).  When checking in, you will be asked by our staff to produce such documents.

You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to travel and/or reside outside your family household. Legal consent to travel in writing will be needed for less than 18 years old and may need to be produced and checked by our staff. 

Londoners reserves the right to decline the service and/or deny entrance to our premises (both residential and non residential) to applicants even without notice if our staff decide that the candidate(s)  seem not fit to stay in the residence and/or may cause distress, nuisance, anti social behaviour to other fellow residents and/or flat mates. In this case a full refund of the deposit will be paid on spot.

Londoners reserves the right to change these Terms as well as the contents of this website for any reason and without notice, and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. This right shall not affect the Terms accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this website. You should check these Terms for any changes each time you access the website.

These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the the United Kingdom courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website each time you access the website and if any dispute related to your staying in one of our premise (both residential and not residential)  shall arise  in the future. In the highly unlikely event of a problem, the deposit and reservation fee paid by you are the limit of our liability.

Key facts

  • For EU Citizen there will be no need to register when entering the UK if arriving before 29/03/2019: they will have the same right as a British National (social security, health, benefits, working rights etc).
  • After this date and up to 20/12/2020 people from the EU entering the UK will have just to register on line but will keep the same right of a British national as above
  • From 01/07/2021 any EU looking to work in the UK must apply for a temporary residence/working permit that will be valid for 2 to 5 years (according to the last indications that came from the authorities), depending on the type of work and skills required.
