ACCOMMODATION IN LONDON

London is one of the most beautiful cities of Europe, but also one of the most expensive (the cost of living and rents are up twice dearer than Rome and 4 times dearer than Madrid). our agency offers you cheap accommodation in central parts of the city for our members who come to London to work, study or simply visit and enjoy it.

What we offer you?

Cheap accommodation paying only 2 week's rent in advance + deposit (1 week).

Prices include bills (heating + water + electricity + Council Tax + Maintenance and repair + Wifi Internet).

Most of the hostels and residences provide laundry services and in the hostels there are also common rooms with TV.

You can leave your house with one week's notice or move to another house, for exemple if you would like to search for friends to share the room or stay near the workplace: we have a lot of beds (more than 2000) in central London.

NB: rooms change on availability.

The deposit (a full week of rent) will be returned the last day of stay or it will be transferred if you move to another of our residences (we can give the deposit back if you didn't caused damages). Our accommodations are divided into hostels (with a capacity of 40 people) and residences (from 12 to 15 beds), sharing rooms have a capacity of maximum 6 beds.

The kitchen is usable 24h/24; some residences or hostels are furnished: kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, pots. We recommend to bring with you a bed sheets; a blanket and a cushion are provided from the management of the residence.

In a case of emergency (for example if you forget to bring your bed sheets or shops are closed) there are some complete bed sets to buy (there is no possibility to buy single bed sheets).

Each guest will have a space assigned in a wardrobe.

No towels are provided.
